Privacy Policy
This policy applies to all three Ladder Learning Games on iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV.

Information inside the apps
The developer does not collect, share, or sell personal information inside the apps. They contain no advertising, usage analytics, tracking, or developer-managed user account.
Website and beta waitlist
The static website does not use user accounts, advertising cookies, or analytics. When you submit the beta form, it collects your first and last name, Apple Account email address, selected games and platforms, optional testing background, optional note, form language, and consent timestamp.
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce automated and fraudulent registrations. For this security check, Cloudflare may process technical information such as an IP address, browser characteristics, and challenge data under the Cloudflare Privacy Policy. The developer does not store IP addresses in the waitlist database.
Registration details are sent over an encrypted connection, and identifying fields are encrypted before storage. The information is used only to manage and manually review the waitlist, prepare TestFlight tester lists, communicate with testers, and address feedback. It is not sold or used for targeted advertising.
Progress and settings
Progress, settings, and character selection are stored on the device. When iCloud is available, this data may synchronize through Apple's iCloud service between devices signed in to the same Apple Account. The developer does not operate a server that receives this data and cannot access it.
Apple services
iCloud, Game Center, the App Store, and TestFlight are Apple services. The apps use them for progress synchronization, achievements, purchases, and beta testing according to the user's choices. Apple's handling of information is governed by the Apple Privacy Policy.
Purchases and subscriptions
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. The developer does not receive card numbers, passwords, or payment details. Apple provides the app only with the technical information required to verify entitlement to purchased content.
Children
The apps do not ask children for a name, email address, location, photos, or other personal details, and they do not include chat or user-generated content.
Retention and deletion
Deleting an app removes its locally stored data. Data synchronized through iCloud, Game Center achievements, and purchase history are managed through the Apple Account and can be controlled using Apple's settings and services.
The encrypted edge copy is deleted within 30 days after secure synchronization to the local management system, or no later than 12 months after registration. The local record is retained only while needed to manage the beta round, send invitations, and follow up on feedback, and for no more than 12 months after the latest activity unless retention is legally required. You may ask at any time to remove your registration details or stop further contact.
