Applicable license agreement

The apps are licensed, not sold. Download and use through the App Store are subject to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement, unless the App Store expressly presents another license agreement. This page explains service-specific terms and does not limit consumer rights available under applicable law.

The service

Ladder Learning Games provide educational play for practicing flags, arithmetic, and English. The content is intended for enrichment and practice. It does not guarantee a particular learning outcome or replace professional advice.

Purchases and subscriptions

Flag Ladder may offer a one-time purchase to unlock content. Math Ladder and English Ladder may offer renewing subscriptions that unlock stages and updates while the subscription remains active. The offer shown on the device before confirmation determines the actual product, local price, period, and renewal terms.

Payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are managed by Apple through the user's Apple Account. Subscriptions can be managed in account settings, and the app's “Restore Purchase” option can be used to check an existing entitlement.

TestFlight testing

TestFlight builds are pre-release versions and may contain defects or changes. Purchases made in a build installed through TestFlight use Apple's testing environment and do not create a real charge. Feedback is optional and must not include child details, passwords, or payment information.

Apple services and availability

Features such as iCloud, Game Center, the App Store, and TestFlight depend on an Apple Account, network connectivity, and the availability of Apple's services. Updates, temporary interruptions, or content changes may occur to repair defects, improve the games, or meet platform requirements.

Permitted use

You may use the apps for personal purposes in accordance with Apple's license agreement. You may not redistribute the apps, bypass purchase or security mechanisms, or attempt to derive source code, except where such activity is expressly permitted by law.

Privacy and updates to these terms

Information practices are described in the Privacy Policy. These terms may be updated as the service, law, or platform requirements change; the latest update date will appear at the top of this page.
